I'm not endorsing coal by any means, but you're really barking up the wrong tree here fella. Try taking a look at the global picture. While the US has done a great job at cleaning up our emissions, emerging countries like China, Russia, India, etc. are still building coal plants and have no intention of stopping. You're worrying about the wrong guys.
