You're not very good at geo political analysis, Putin has nothing to fear from Biden. If Russia moves further into Ukraine the US can't & won't stop him, neither will NATO because he can turn off their energy in a split second and sell it to China who's backing his play. Eastern European nations like Poland all combined can't win against Russia's military. If Biden tries to cut Russia off from the international monetary system China will do their bidding and we're not going to cut off China.
So far Biden has surrendered to the Taliban, Russia, China and now Iran, he's a paper tiger with no claws and silly people like you think he's Rocky.
Putin would have invaded the Ukraine weeks ago if it were not for Joe Biden. Putin is forced to respect Biden. Putting will not follow through with his plans too invade the Ukraine because he knows Biden will not tolerate Putins goal of rebuilding the Soviet Union.
Putin is forced too respect Biden. Now, Putin needs to find a way to back down without losing face. Biden has won this battle.
