We’re looking for crew leaders and entry level applicants. Job duties are mowing, trimming, bush pruning, weed pulling, and use of basic landscape tools. Applying fertilizers if applicable. (Willing to train and pay for certification.) To ensure success as a Lawn Maintenance Technician, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, have detailed knowledge of Landscape techniques, Great Customer Service with all our clients and be able to operate machinery when required. Time Management is very important in this role on how to use the time allotted for the Job. (During the winter, you will be a part of our staff in snow removal services) Lawn Maintenance Technician Requirements: · High school diploma or GED. · Valid Drivers License · 3+ Years Landscaping Experience · 2+ Years Crew Lead · 2+ Years Machine Operating · Experience in reading CAD Prints/Dimension Designs · Good communication skills. · Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. · Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects. SCHEDULE: (Full-Time) · 10 Hour Shift · Overtime · Monday-Friday/ Saturday if needed or want!!
