Why a Retreat? A retreat is, literally, a "strategic withdrawal." When we retreat, it is not for the purpose of just getting away and staying away. Everything involved in getting away, and all that is done while away, involves coming back. We go to the mountains not to see mountains, but to see the valleys in new perspective. On a retreat we hope to deepen our relationship with God, to look at our lives — deliberately focusing on issues and questions through reflection and meditation, and discussion and dialogue with others — in order to come back with a renewed sense of direction for living. This Retreat is for YOU! Everyone is invited to attend. Attire: Causal Day Sessions and Two Nightly Services Hotel Information: Upon registration we will send the hotel link to the email address you provided to ensure your receive the retreat rate. Hotel Rate $139.00 nightly All room rates are subject to state, local and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of the event. Currently, the tax rate is 7% State plus 8% Occupancy with an additional Georgia Hotel fee of $5.00 per room per night fee. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the first date reserved. Check-out time is 11:00 am. A late-departure charge of half a day will apply for any room occupied after the check-out time of 11:00 am without prior arrangements. A full day’s rate will be charged for check-outs past 3:00pm. ​ ​
