XTREME Hip-Hop is a fun, high-energy, and Xtreme cardio group fitness step Aerobics class.
You along with other participants will burn a plethora of calories utilizing a step board, stepping to the beat of the latest HIP-HOP tunes to include R&B, Pop, and some Old School. And we definitely can't leave out Gospel, and even a little bit of country followed by a cool down with a little Jazz!
