Description

As a large provider of Janitorial and Engineering Facility services, we are looking for a Floor Technician in our Greater Seattle (Renton) offices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction) --Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors --Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM --Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to: floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment --Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility.
