A large commercial provider of janitorial services is seeking a quality Night Area Manager to add to our Washington team. This Night Area Manager will be housed out of our office and will have responsibility for a geographic area. The Night Area Manager is a key position. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas. Basic job duties include: training; directing; inspection of trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning, hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing), carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting), pressure washing, recycling, and restocking of supplies; and other duties as needed. This is an evening shift position, and requires flexibility as well as weekend work.
