Warehouse Associate for Electrical Contractor

Electrical Contractor is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate. $25+ depending on experience. Excellent benefits including 100% paid Medical/Dental/Life premiums, 3% contribution of salary into a 401k, Holidays, PTO, etc. Major Responsibilities: • Work to maintain a service-oriented environment and continually improve processes and increase efficiency. • Support team members in pricing and purchasing materials, tools and equipment for jobs; purchase office, warehouse and safety supplies; oversee receiving to ensure accuracy and quality of goods being delivered • Coordinate deliveries to and from jobsites & vendors • Assist in coordinating the vehicle fleet including vehicle maintenance and routine inspection programs, receiving and issuing new vehicles. • Coordinate warehouse and office upkeep, and repairs. Physical Requirements: The team member will need to stand, walk, climb ladders, sit, and occasionally kneel and squat. Must be able to lift and move tools and equipment up to occasional 80lbs. Qualifications: • High School degree or equivalent. • Valid Washington State Driver’s License and clean driving record. • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. • Highly organized and efficient with good time management, follow-up and follow through. • Strong written/oral communication in English, including the ability to present in front of others. • Regular, predictable, full-time attendance is an essential function of the job. • Willingness to travel to jobsites and vendors as needed, generally located in Western Washington. • Work the required schedule, normally a 6am start. • Submit to a background check and drug screening. • OSHA 10, 1st Aid/CPR, Lift and forklift training will be required and provided.
