Selmon Expressway Ramps To Close For Maintenance Work

TAMPA, FL — Drivers should prepare for some intermittent lane closures on the Selmon Expressway during the next two months. The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority is conducting routine maintenance at all its toll gantry sites, requiring the periodic closing of lanes at night and some full ramp closures. The full ramp closures will take place from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. Drivers should follow the posted detour signs. Tuesday, Feb. 15: The eastbound Selmon West Extension main entrance ramp will be closed to South Dale Mabry Highway. Thursday, Feb. 17: The westbound Selmon West Extension main entrance ramp will close from South Dale Mabry Highway. For more information, call 813-272-6740.
