I walk along the roads (picking up aluminum cans) of Whatcom County and find all sorts of stuff, and have been unable to find their owners, I have a drivers license for Mark Anthony James, drivers license for Patricia Flores Delgado from Canada, a Western Student card for Brandon Rexroat and a Debit card for Heath Johnston.... if you know anyone from this bunch please call ask for Sherrie I have found these items in different areas, some along freeway exits, or out on the Lummi Reservation.
