The HVAC Duct Cleaner is responsible for providing client-based service in homes and businesses, cleaning air duct systems for customers. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of previous general labor work, and a willingness to learn the trade. DUTIES Use technical abilities to clean HVAC systems Perform and coordinate air duct cleaning activities in both commercial and residential structures Vacuum and clear out air ventilators and heat airflow vents Pull out, dust, and re-install blower motors and fans Detect and remove microbial growth in air duct system and disinfect the affected unit Prepare and maintain correct & timely records of all completed work Operate and perform maintenance of all assigned tools and lines Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all customers REQUIREMENTS At least one year experience in general labor Mechanically inclined Must have great customer service Positive, reliable, and able to work independently Safely able to lift 50 lbs. and set up ladders Must be able to successfully pass DMV and Background check
