Seeking Property Maintenance Technician Real Estate Investment Company looking to hire a Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman to work on our properties all over South Florida. Looking for someone based in Palm Beach County or North Broward County. Company Vehicle to be provided. Compensation: $18+ Per Hour. Salary Negotiable Based on Skill Set Employment type: full-time Seeking Property Maintenance Technician in Palm Beach County, Florida. Qualifications Previous experience in residential apartments/Homes or handy man services a plus Experience with maintenance tools and equipment Access to personal tools Ability to handle physical workload Plumbing - Electrical - Carpentry - Appliance Repair - HVAC HVAC certified a plus Deadline and detail-oriented Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends Fluent in Spanish a plus Note: All candidates must go through a background screening and must be eligible to work in the United States and must have a good driving record.
