WAUKESHA, WI — A Waukesha resident's artwork netted her $5,000 and a solo exhibition for the 2022 Wisconsin Artist Biennial, a showcase presented by the Museum of Wisconsin Art and Wisconsin Visual Artists, of upcoming and current artists.
Amy Cropper of Waukesha was awarded on Monday for her artwork titled,"16 House" and "Vestiges No. 10."
Six out of 50 artists won for their artwork including second place, Dane Schumacher of Green Bay, third place, Trina May Smith of Milwaukee and fourth place, Linda Kelen of Spring Green.
People can view Biennial artwork through April 24 at the Museum of Wisconsin Art in West Bend.
