Press release from the University of Wisconsin-Madison: February 14, 2022 Public Health Madison & Dane County announced Monday that Dane County's order requiring face coverings to be worn indoors will be lifted on March 1 due to declining COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.  By federal law, those who ride public transportation, including Madison Metro buses, must continue to wear a face mask.
