Good day, I'm an investor and entrepreneur at heart looking to network with like minded business professionals in the Boca Raton/Palm Beach area. I've owned/operated many different kinds of businesses in the past which has given me a unique perspective and experience. I've also built online businesses from the ground up. I have flipped houses, and even luxury cars. Some wins and some losses, in the long run we all hope the wins largely outweigh the losses. The key is diversification. My latest area of focus is real estate investments from the development side. Fully funded and in the process, high end residential properties which will likely be breaking ground in the next few months. The latest acquisition, a large parcel of land which will be a special use project, niche and highly in demand even during COVID times. There is equity remaining on this deal if the right individual or group was interested. Nothing I am involved in is available to the public. Aside from my current real estate investments, I am open to other business ideas and investment projects. I am also highly interested in the online space, particularly Amazon FBA and would be interested to partner with someone very experienced. So if you have a great business idea/investment contact me.
