WALLINGFORD, CT — Plans for a new O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Wallingford were unanimously approved this week by the Planning and Zoning Commission, according to the Record-Journal.
The Record-Journal reports plans call for a century-old two-story home at 320 South Colony Road to be demolished to make room for the 7,225-square-foot store.
The home is situated in a commercial zone on Route 5 and next to the Walgreens at 284 South Colony Road, according to the Record-Journal.
O'Reilly Auto Parts recently opened a store on Washington Avenue in North Haven.
