Ok so this has to be said. I am totally frustrated with how this works. I've created posts and I've replied to post and one thing is true...you people are retarded First...how can you have "guitarist available in Easton" and the 2 posts down have "in search of guitarist in Easton" why arent the 2 of you hooking up?..retarded Second..how sick of the "we play original music" people am I? I don't know you I've never played with you. How the hell am I going to come in and just pick up where the last guy left off? You played local band original music, someone left..guess what....your band is done. Move on. Third...the "I want to play deep cuts from the 2nd Journey album that nobody ever heard of...oh yeah...big market for that..good luck Fourth...and this is important. There are only so many of us, factor out the flakes who don't show, the morons who don't have a car or equipment and the drug addicts and there are even less of us. Most of us are old and we are in that "I could die coming down the stairs" age. If you are looking for something guess what....be flexible. Get this "I only want this" out of your head OR just waste away and keep looking for the open bass player spot in the gratefull dead touring tribute band you been dreaming about for the past 10 years. Can we just stop being retarded and for the love of God just play a few sets of music that people know and can move to? This shouldn't be so hard.... that's what she said.... Rant over
