Breathwork is an amazing tool used to clear away stuck emotions, rewrite negative thought patterns, increase your creativity, and improve relationships with yourself & others. Do you ever take time to really focus on HOW you are breathing? There are hundreds of styles of breathwork that have been around for thousands of years and all for a good reason; consciously breathing really works! During this group session we will be using a dynamic, circular, 2-part breathing technique that is done while lying down and is specifically designed to provide a powerfully transformative experience. As you breathe you will also receive Reiki energy healing. Reiki is an ancient yet simple healing technique used to treat the whole person; body, emotions, mind, and spirit. It has been found to produce profound results all through gentle touch, positive mindsets, and energy transfer. Creating many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Maria is the owner of HEAL, a center for integrative wellness, and is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, shamanic life coach, crystal healer and advanced energy healer. Amber is a certified Conscious Breathwork, Yoga, and Healing Art facilitator. Together, Amber & Maria will be there to guide and support you for your entire journey. Maria Sellars has a dynamic background in the health and wellness industry, which she has worked in for over 10 years! She is a Business Owner, Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach.  She loves working in the healing industry, and helping people to create radical changes in their lifes.  We all deserve to live a life we love, and Maria aims to help you create that! .
