Help Me Fly My Drone?

Hello. I received a HolyStone Drone for Christmas and have attempted to use it a few different occasions but have failed (miserably). First time I got it up in the air, it flew away and I couldn't get it to come back. Now I can't seem to figure out you connect it to the app on the phone for real time video. You will see in the posted images that I have downloaded the app. I am looking for someone who is experienced in flying these drones so that I may also enjoy mine. I tend to learn better hands-on then reading instructions (which I have also done). I'm willing to pay a little bit of money for someone's time. Can meet at a neutral location or come to you.
