Join Chef Instructor & Lehigh Valley native, Jocelyn Jimenez, in preparing Asian specialties! Learn how to stuff, fold, steam/fry traditional & modern dumplings! You will also prepare popular dipping sauces (Ponzu, Spring Onion, Sichuan) & acquire plating skills utilized in restaurants/tv etc. Chef "JJ" is a graduate of DeSales University & attended NCC's Culinary Program. She is a Culinary Stylist for a broadcasting network & teaches the art of cooking to all ages! Her specialties include Ethnic & Fusion Cuisine.
