Our small but growing company is seeking to hire First Shift Machine Operators for our rubber roll manufacturing facility. Person needs to be mechanically inclined and likes working with their hands. We use a variety of equipment such as lathes, strip builders, grinders, milling machines, sand blasters as well as standard tools. Experience reading tape measurements and blueprints is a plus!
