The position is for a F/T housekeeper to work in the home. The family currently lives in the Ballantyne part of Charlotte, zip code 28277. There are “3” children in the home as well as a small breed dog. The family his currently building a new 13,000 sq ft home. **REQUIRED: Candidate must be both double vaccinated AND boosted, or be willing to have this done before employment begins** **Preferred: Candidate should have experience working with children and be willing and able to assist where needed. This position is NOT for a nanny, but experience working with children is preferred. Work Week and Hours The work week will be Monday through Friday with shifts ranging from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. This will be considered F/T at 40 hours/week. List of Duties • Household cleaning including both detailed and everyday upkeep. • Laundry and folding. • Floors, both carpet and hardwood. • Dusting and polishing. • Dishes, trash, disinfecting. • Bathrooms. • Assisting with shopping. Compensation The pay for this position is salaried at $52,000/year based on a 52-week calendar year. This comes to $25/hr paid out bi-weekly. Requirements This position requires a minimum 3 years of experience working within private households. We also require 3 professional references along with an updated resume pertinent to the position.
