M43 Fitness & The Barre Code host the Homeless No More fitness event benefitting Holy Cross Services. Join M43 Fitness and The Barre Code for a 60-minute indoor, instructor-led workout that will challenge your mind and your muscles with three different forms of fitness. The workout will include Yoga, Barre and Functional Training. This will be held in the Stockhouse at Lansing Brewing Company and is suited for all ages and fitness levels. The proceeds will be benefiting Holy Cross Services. Holy Cross Services is a human service agency whose mission is to bring hope, promote change, and help people live free, healthy, and productive lives. WHY SHOULD PEOPLE SUPPORT HOLY CROSS SERVICES?? Nearly 60 people can stay every night in the overnight shelterOn average we have 20 and 30 children served by our Hotel ProgramThe day shelter can care for 25 people everydayThe onsite Veterans’ shelter houses 18 veterans everydayA dozen people can be served daily through the Hotel Emergency Service programAnd nearly 200 meals are served every day from the Community Kitchen Plus, 88 cents of every dollar spent by Holy Cross Services supports mission programs and services which directly benefit the clients Holy Cross is so fortunate to help.
