We need a complete make ready for a house located at 7780 Lowell Blvd. We would like you to go by and take a look at this job and give us a bid; understanding that it is for a complete job, including but not limited to: 1. Painting the interior and exterior of the property including making all of the proper repairs to all surfaces. 2. Change out the fan and fixtures and change the fans to fixtures, replace all broken outlets and switches, fix all electrical problems and make sure all electrical is working properly, including ripping out the electrical in the back room. 3. Replace the blinds, doors including the screen doors. 4. Put in new cabinets, counter tops and sinks. 5. Install carpeting and flooring in the entire house. 5. Patch hole in the floor and walls in the laundry room. 6. Pickup appliances and install them. 6. Repair all walls and ceilings that need fixing and repair. 7. Pick up trash/garbage and remove from the property, rip down and dispose of old wood in front, rip out the tile in the back, tear down hot tub and put carpet down in the patio. 8. Deal with all problems and issues that are involved in doing a complete make ready, but may not be included in this partial list. We will furnish all the materials, but not the usual construction supplies e.g. including but not limited to tape, paintbrushes, nails, screws, tape, tools necessary for the job, etc. WE WILL NEED A BID FOR THE COMPLETE EXECUTION OF THIS JOB.
