IPSWICH, MA — Several talented young North Shore musicians are set to be part of the Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestra's Chamber Music Concert next month. Mary Hauck of Beverly, William Napierkowski of Salem and Devlyn Ruth of Swampscott are set to join their peers on the stage of the First Church of Ipswich One Meeting House Green on March 6 at 3 p.m. A limited amount of free tickets are available and the performance can be viewed online. "Our Chamber Music Concert features all of NMYO's Symphony Orchestra and Select Flute Choir musicians," NMYO Music Director Gerry Dolan said. The concert follows eight weeks of rehearsals, including small string, woodwind, flute and brass ensembles. The stream can be found on the NMYO YouTube channel here. Free tickets can be reserved by calling 978-309-9833 while they last. The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestra highly recommends audience members be vaccinated against the coronavirus. Masks will be required to be worn over the nose and mouth at all times within the building. NMYO is a 501 (3)(c) non-profit organization with 130 musicians from more than 40 cities and towns in Massachusetts.
