Up To $50K Available For Beverly Small Businesses

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly small businesses in certain industries can qualify for up to $50,000 in COVID-19 pandemic relief fund as part of the city's new Small Business Assistance Program. Beverly Mayor Mike Cahill said the program will be funded through a portion of the $12.6 million the city received in the American Rescue Plan Act. "Helping our local businesses stay open and thrive is integral to a vibrant Beverly," Cahill said. "These grants will help local businesses survive the latest impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and offer stability as we allwork to strengthen our local economy." The program is designed to benefit businesses in the hospitality, tourism, arts, recreation and retail industries, including restaurants, fitness centers, personal service providers, entertainment venues, family childcare centers and retail stores.
