MILFORD, CT — A Hamden man was arrested on an active warrant for fleeing officers, according to police. Malik Spears, 27, was arrested Feb. 14. He is accused of recklessly driving and attempting to flee police during a traffic stop in March 2021. Spears was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, interfering with police and operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was released on a promise to appear.
