Continuum of Colorado is seeking a Janitor to maintain a clean work environment by performing various general office cleaning tasks as part of a team. Cell phone, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, various liquid cleaners Devices to assist in lifting/transporting heavy items Occasional use of carpet extractor and floor buffer Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to meet physical requirements of this position, which vary depending on contract and duties assigned, to include frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, pushing, climbing and lifting up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance Must be flexible to include morning and possible weekend shifts Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Ability to perform job assignments Ability to self-motivate and seek out tasks that need to be completed Valid Colorado driver license/proof of auto insurance Meet our driving requirements: no suspensions/revocations in the past 3 years and no more than 2 tickets/moving violations in the past 3 years Preferred Two-five (2-5) years’ experience in janitorial or related industry We are committed to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization and our partnership with the IDD community.
