Looking to rehome our 1-year old dog

We are looking for the right home for our dog Louie. He's a sweet and lovable mixed breed, but at his age he needs more attention than our family can provide. He is very smart and responds well to training. He gets along well with our older dog, is potty trained, and loves our older children. Our biggest concern is his curiousity about exploring what's beyond our fence. We live on a very busy roundabout and his friendly demeanor puts him in real danger. He is current with all his shots and is a really sweet dog. The ideal situation would be someone who has time to spend with him and a big yard (with a good fence!) to run around.
