GERMANTOWN, MD — A 17-year-old reported missing in Germantown has not been seen since Feb. 4, Montgomery County Police said. Michelle Rivera Cruz was last seen leaving her apartment on Crystal Rock Drive, according to authorities. Michelle is 5-foot-5 and has brown eyes, black hair, pierced ears and a nose piercing, police said.
