Here are the top three stories today in Colorado Springs: Colorado Springs Police are investigating the discovery of a body found near Gold Camp Trail. The report states that an adult female body was found in the area on Sunday around 4 p.m. The exact location of the body has not been released, but police are currently considering this a suspicious death with more information to come. (KKTV 11 News) In honor of Black History Month, a local nonprofit is helping entrepreneurs start and grow businesses in Colorado Springs. Thrive Colorado Springs is giving training and tools to local Black entrepreneurs to support the emergence and sustainability of Black-owned businesses in the area. Each race starts and ends at PiΓ±on Valley Park and goes through neighboring Ute Valley Park. In addition to the race series, a Reverse Biathlon and Triathlon race will also be offered in May.
