TEMECULA, CA — A modular home was damaged by fire in Temecula Wine Country early Wednesday morning, but no injuries were reported. According to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department, the blaze was reported at 4:27 a.m. at Calle La Coca and Calle Cancion. When crews arrived at the scene, they found the 2,000-square-foot single-story dwelling "well involved" in fire, according to the agency. The blaze was quickly doused, but firefighters stayed at the scene for several hours to mop up. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
