Press release from Johnson City Parks & Recreation: February 14, 2022 Give Parents a Break offers parents an opportunity to take a few hours away from their children to address their personal needs while kids have fun socializing with their peers. Children ages 6-12 can be dropped off at Memorial Park Community Center, 510 Bert St., on Saturday, Feb. 26 from 11 a.m-3 p.m. The cost is $10 per child. Register online at myjcparks.org or in person at MPCC by Wednesday, Feb. 23. A minimum of five children must register for this event to take place. For more information, call 423-434-5749.
