GESTRA Engineering is a consulting firm specializing in geotechnical, structural, pavement, and construction materials engineering. We are located in the Milwaukee and Madison area and are looking for geotechnical drillers and drilling assistants for our Appleton location. Driller and Drilling Assistants operate or assist in the operation of company owned drill rigs and geoprobes. Other duties include completing soil borings, monitoring wells, loading and unloading support equipment, shoveling, some survey work and equipment maintenance. This position is year round, outdoor, physical work. Applicants should have mechanical aptitude, good communication skills and the ability to follow directions well. Requirements -High School Diploma/GED -Class B or Higher CDL -Requires good driving record and valid driver's license -Must pass pre-employment drug screening test -Must be able to lift 50-80 pounds.
