Missing Cat in Seminole/Largo Area

My 9-year-old cat Thor went missing on February 2nd of this year and hasn't been seen since. He went missing off the 90th Ave 93rd Street intersection off of Starkey. He is a LARGE and fat cat, Gray, 26 pounds, but may have lost some weight since going missing. HE IS ENTIRELY GRAY NO OTHER SIGNIFICANT MARKINGS. He was wearing a gray seresto collar at the time he went missing, he has been an indoor-only cat his entire life. He is not microchipped and is not wearing a collar with a tag as he was indoors his entire life. The Tampa Pavement Constructors were in the area paving the roads that day and the noise likely scared him away. I miss him desperately and want him home.
