Need a good BMW and foreign mechanic

I'm a small dealer looking for a good, experienced mechanic who is ideally very familiar with BMW and other foreign makes such as Land Rover and Mercedes as well as some domestic cars. I'm looking for someone I can take some work to or I have outdoor space for you to work but no lift. I buy a couple cars a week and usually need things fixed like: water pump, thermostat, brakes, value cover gaskets, suspension issues, fluids changed, O2 sensors replaced, diagnosing problems is a must have so ideally you would have a professional scanner that can read codes from these cars. Getting cars to pass emissions is a main concern as well, so fixing emissions related issues is very common for what I need in a mechanic. If you can do more major repairs such as turbos, transmissions, engine work that is desirable as well but not totally necessary. I am located in South Scottsdale, so if you are in the vicinity that is a huge plus, if you are mobile and can come to me that is even better. I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing, is cheap on price and works quickly. I need someone who can turn cars out in less than a week at MOST. Please no Youtube mechanics, I need someone who is good and experienced and knows BMW's as I buy a lot of them. Ideally ASE certified and has worked at a shop or currently works at a shop and looking for side work.
