Looking for a bbq business partner

So trying this again and going to be more DETAILED this time. Last time I got sick and couldn't talk for almost 2 weeks so if you wrote sorry about that. I'm a local bbq food vendor looking for other cooks or someone reliable to help do events and get paid. I have a small but decent setup, would love a trailer which I'm working on but there expensive. Partner - I have everything needed for the business (branded tents, tables, branded table cloths, chairs, lights, branded banners, 65" tv digital display, a new branded neon sign, two huge smokers, pots, pans, btu stoves, license, permits and insurance plus more). So for a partner I want to find someone to at times help split cost of the vendors fees or other costs when applying for a event. Fees can be between $100 to $1800 depending on the event and size. A partner that also helps with setup and cooking at the events we choose to do. Labor - Some good reliable people for when I have event to help either cook, take orders, handle cash and payments. Help with setup, food prep and so on. Generally I start with a flat rate of $125 to $150 per day plus any tips is divided between the labor staff. Social Media - Looking for someone who has some free time during the day to post in twitter, IG, Facebook and where else. Willing to join FB groups to help find events to apply to. I'm just a small time guy, signal dad with two kids who loves to cook bbq and want to get out there this summer and make some money. I started this business in 2020 but of course that didn't work with everything shut down. Last year was ok. I find lots of events to late to apply by looking around on FB, FB events or Eventbrite. Currently I have one event May 1st at Sunset Park. Just got asked to do the Henderson Pride event in June which is a two day event with a possible 15K people.
