Description
Rosenstein & Associates, located in Old Town Temecula, is seeking a legal assistant to support our attorneys.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of four years of experience in any of the following areas of law: litigation, transactional and bankruptcy.
Must have the following characteristics:- Strong organizational and communication skills- Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written)- Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Responsibilities include: - Handling electronic court filing in federal and state courts- Organize and prepare documents for depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trials- Update calendars, manage litigation deadlines; and format, proofread, edit and maintain legal files- Use knowledge of local court rules- Find rules, court procedures and case documents
The right candidate must be able to complete assignments accurately, pay attention to detail, work effectively with staff members and clients, and work well under pressure.
We seek a dedicated professional who is comfortable working as part of a team and seasoned enough to work independently. Must be dependable and willing to maintain an exceptional attendance record.
The candidate will manage attorney calendars and schedules, assist in completing documents and provide administrative support as needed.
