Dewey’s Cook Inlet has been doing business in Alaska for 50+ years and is the leader in Marine & Yamaha outboard sales. We take pride in being able to help people get on the water, and are looking to hire Yard Tech to join our team and help accomplish this.
Duties include: Moving, loading & transporting, boats, boat trailers & outboard motors. Assembling boat trailers. Stacking and unstacking boats and trailers. Valid drivers license is required as you will be operating company vehicles. You will be working outside. You will need to dress accordingly to the weather/outside conditions. Must be capable of labor duties, using power/hand tools, and able to lift up to 70lbs. Fork lift experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train to use a forklift if needed.
Successful applicants are reliable, at work on time, and have the ability to work well with others.
During summer months, overtime may be required due to high workload.
