Come to KSU and find your passion. Job Summary Responsible for managing and ensuring the quality and integrity of DegreeWorks Scribe, audits, system configurations, and related reporting. Processes data retrieval and reporting tools for identification of potential issues and presentation of reports. Supports the Office of the Registrar in the curriculum proposal process. Responsibilities 1. Maintains and updates DegreeWorks systems to include Scribe, SureCode, and Transit for existing program problem resolution; implements curriculum changes and new curriculum rule construction 2. Processes data retrieval and reporting tools such as SQL, Base SAS and/or SAS Enterprise Guide (EG), Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and other software for identification of potential issues and presentation of reports 3. Works collaboratively with the Office of the Registrar, Department Chairs, and Curriculum Committee representatives toward affirmation of DegreeWorks changes 4. Supports and maintains all DegreeWorks system-level settings and ensures the DegreeWorks requirements aligns with the University’s Academic Catalog program requirements 5. Reviews all curriculum proposals to identify potential issues in USG or University academic policy, student academic progression, and DegreeWorks requirements 6. Ensures curriculum proposals and review processes are documented and shared with the Office of the Registrar to support the University Curriculum Committee Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in related field Required Experience Three (3) years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications Additional Preferred Qualifications High proficiency level with Microsoft Excel Preferred Experience Previous experience in higher education curriculum processes Experience in the Banner Student Information System to include database level knowledge Experience in database level access to DegreeWorks data Experience with SQL or SAS Business Intelligence System Equal Employment Opportunity Kennesaw State University is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
