I am disappointed with Quality Plus Automotive on Corperation Parkway Raleigh. I had a coupon for an oil change on my car for a great price. Well they are like so many others that seem to want to help you but they do that just to get you in there. They said my brakes were all bad and the rear also needed calipers that mine were hanging up so bad they couldn't turn the wheels. The car is all wheel drive and unless you put it in neutral you can't turn the wheels. I complained to the owner and he sent me some photos of some brakes. When I looked at the pics I noticed the face of the rotors was rusted! My rotors are shiny from the normal wear loft the pads rubbing on them! I was so disappointed as I really thought they were honest! I'm glad I'm not gullible or I would have paid them over $800 for a job my car didn't need!
