We are looking for a Handyman/Property management person for our property located in Hershey (Hummelstown), PA. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive at seeking out and fixing issues. He or she should maintain the property and identify opportunities to improve the property. Compensation: $28-$33/hour (15-30 hours/week, flexible with hours and days) Requirements: Ability to lift to 50 lbs when needed Furniture assembly Painting and caulking Mowing, weed whacking, planting, yard cleaning Basic carpentry skills Basic plumbing skills Basic pool maintenance General maintenance such as replacing light bulbs
