Two 5 month old kittens

I have two female sister kittens I have to regime due to moving and I can’t bring them with me. They are very small very playful kittens, it would be nice if I could have them stay together because they whine a lot when separated but understand that may not be an option. There will be no rehoming fee they are litter box trained and have not been to a vet yet. Great with kids I am not sure if they are good with dogs because they haven’t been around any. Thank you
