Framer wanted to build a small 5' by 8' loft and install ready made access door/ladder. The loft goes into existing finished closet space with 16' high ceiling. The loft will be 10' high from the floor level. The access door/ladder (attic access type) is available at Lowe's. Please bid labor only. You are welcome to inspect the job site before bidding.
