Description
We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Supervisor for a mobile home community in Junction City. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the contractors and overseeing the remodeling and maintenance of the mobile homes and property.
Must be experienced in managing projects and contractors. Must have experience in remodeling mobile homes including, plumbing (using Pex), basic electric, painting, flooring, replace tubs and sinks, install cabinets, skirting. Overall handyman knowledge and having your own tools is a plus.
