I am looking for a PROPERTY PRESERVATION CONTRACTOR or handyman in the city of Minneapolis and surrounding areas. MUST HAVE Experience doing Property Preservation and working with Bank owned properties. If you're not familiar with what property preservation is, then I would strongly urge you not to respond to this ad as Experience is a must! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DOING WINTERIZATIONS. There can be multiple repairs needed at the properties so it helps to be a well rounded contractor. Must be willing to travel. Most importantly you must be willing to take multiple Before, during and after photos of ALL work completed. Pictures support your work and is how you get paid. There is no way around it and It is the banks requirement. If taking photos will be a challenge for you please don’t respond to this ad. You Must be flexible and have open availability.
