We are Between Skies and we are currently looking for a new lead singer. Please include some samples of your singing, bands you've been in, and any questions or concerns you may have for us. Please also read through the following criteria to make sure this will be the right fit for you: Qualities Needed as a Vocalist: - Great sense for pitch as you'll be leading the band in harmonies - Ability to do harsh vocals, growl, or scream is a plus but not a necessity. We are primarily looking for someone with a great melodic sense Qualities Needed as a Bandmate: - Practice in Malden at SUM studios, typically Thursday nights and Sunday afternoons - Vaccinated in order to perform in public - Able to contribute financially as the band splits expenses and earnings equally (practice space, recording, etc) - Must have reliable gear and transportation - Willingness to contribute to song writing; vocal melodies, riffs, lyrics, etc - Comfortable performing onstage and fronting a band - A good sense of humor About Between Skies: We're a metal band with some thrash and prog influences. We released our acclaimed Debut EP "Horizons" last year and we're excited to keep the momentum up with new music. We've been performing around New England and recently headlined Rocktoberfest in Worcester, MA.
