Drummer Available Mature player, with a good deal of experience. Currently in Plaguedad.com. An alt grunge punk folk duo that is beginning to make waves in the portland scene. I also am involved with an old timey jazz combo playing music from the 20’s on washboard, snare etc. and have recently been invited to participate in Ideal Maine a not for profit New Orleans style jazz band. I miss playing my full kit however, and am seeking players that are already established and gigging out, (rock, funk, punk, pop covers/tributes/originals) or a unique electric eclectic collaboration, that can be up and going inside of 90 days. I do not have a car and I have no desire to own one anytime soon. I can get my kit to a practice space to be set up and entrusted to the vibe. Or A situation that has a kit available to play for rehearsals. Or we can book time at Sun Tiki Studios. I am mature, low ego, easy collaborator, less is more, pro attitude, but likes flow and human creativity above technical perfection. My best is steady and funky. I also write lyrics, can sing a decent low back up vocal line, with a bit of a Satchmo, Waits Growl. I am taking the plunge.
