Our company cares for rental properties throughout the Cleveland area and we are looking motivated individuals to join our team. We work exclusively on rental properties and handle everything for our clients ranging from work orders and unit turns to larger rehabs. Applicants must have. a positive, can do attitude, and be capable of consistently meeting deadlines. Our clients on single family homes and small multi family buildings mostly on the east side of Cleveland. You must be comfortable working in occupied homes and vacant apartments. A jack of all trades is preferred to an expert in a single trade. We don't expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to be willing to learn routine and basic jobs like painting, drywall, flooring, cabinets, minor electric, minor plumbing, minor framing, ect. This is steady, full time, and year round work. Requirements: * 18 years or older * Reliable transportation * Basic hand and power tools * drug free * Willingness to learn and follow direction *Ability to work individually and as part of a team Benefits: None at this time Compensation:: Up to $16/hr. Pay is weekly. Can be a 1099 or w-2 position. Applicants choice.
