Flamingo Construction LLC is seeking dedicated driven individuals to add to our team. Flamingo was founded in 2021 and delivers tailored, expert construction services to diverse industries. Position Summary: The right candidate will be organized, self-motivated and understand the importance of a safe working environment. Will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, fixtures, and other items using different types of materials including wood, ceramic, drywall, and steel. Utilize saws, drills, and sanders to erect or repair structures. Install cabinets and molding. Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors. Install partitions, doors, and windows. Required Experience and Education: • Must be willing and able to commute to various job sites in northeast Ohio. • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • 3+ years related experience ideal. • Able to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the position and safety requirements. • Proven ability to multitask. • Adhere to company safety standards. • Works well in a collaborative/team environment. • Consistently meets deadlines. • Ability to regularly lift up to 40-50 lbs. • Able to work Full-time/ First shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour • Paid time off after 90 days Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm Work Location: • Multiple locations
